2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are described as accurately as possible, including whether they are unstitched, stitched, or custom-made.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.

Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen display differences and the handmade nature of embroidery and fabric dyeing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom-stitched orders are produced according to the measurements you provide. Please double-check measurements before submitting, as we are not responsible for sizing issues caused by inaccurate customer-provided measurements. 5. PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other checkout-supported payment methods. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details.

6. SHIPPING

We ship internationally, including to the UK, USA, and Canada. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as international customs processing can cause delays outside our control.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
